Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below are our refund terms:

 

Guided Tours​

• Full refund if cancelled 90 days or more before the start of the tour.

• 50% refund if cancelled 89–30 days before the tour.

• No refund for cancellations made 29 days or less before departure.

• No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

Self-Guided Tours & Rentals

• Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more in advance.

• 50% refund if cancelled 59-30 days before the start date.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the rental/tour.

Force Majeure
In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.

How to Cancel
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to fjordboundmoto@gmail.com and are only valid upon confirmation from Fjordbound.
