Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below are our refund terms:

Guided Tours

Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before the start of the tour.
50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before the tour.
No refund for cancellations made 14 days or less before departure.
No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

Self-Guided Tours & Rentals

Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more in advance.
50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before the start date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental/tour.

Force Majeure
In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.

How to Cancel
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to fjordboundmoto@gmail.com and are only valid upon confirmation from Fjordbound.
